Bill Russell was one of seven founding members of Combined Agents of America, LLC (CAA). Founded in 1997 and based in Austin, TX, CAA was formed for the purpose of combining the strength and resources of the individual member agencies to expand our markets, increase availability of insurance to our customers, and to offer a broader array of insurance products and services. Now 35 members strong, CAA has generated over $326,000,000 in combined property and casualty annual premiums, and works with 16 of the largest insurance companies in the nation.
